Adolescent Therapy
(13 – 18 years)

Adolescence is a time of change and transition which can often bring about feelings of lonliness and confusion as they try to navigate and find their purpose and place in the world.

Rather than having to explain what is happening for them, we use play as a medium to help children navigate their big worries and big feelings. Play Therapy is a developmentally appropriate intervention.
